It is important to always arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. Please ensure that all makeup and or residue has been removed. Failing to do so will only take time away from providing you fuller lashes. Do not use an eyelash curler the day of your appointment. We need lashes in their natural state.Please do not drink any caffeine the day of your appointment. We need all clients to be able to fully relax and possibly nap. Yes lash naps are encouraged. You are more than welcome to bring your own headphones to listen to music, audiobooks or anything that will help you deepen your relaxation. We try to keep our talks to a minimum to avoid your eyes from fluttering.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Not prior to scheduled time unless notified by your lash artist. We need every minute with each client.
Suites tend to be set at a cool temperature do dress warm and comfortable. Blankets are provided.
Thank you for your interest in our services. Before booking please keep in mind that a non refundable deposit is required. Deposit will go towards appointment unless there is a no call/ no show. All appointments require an approval. Once appointment is accepted you will receive a notification followed by a deposit request.
Lashes & Roses Beauty Room offers services by appointment only. Online booking will require a credit card to put on file to hold your appointment; by agreeing you authorize Lashes & Roses Beauty Room to charge the card on file if you fail to cancel your appointment with in 24 hrs or if you no show.
No call/no shows will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment and may be denied from future bookings.
We require a 24 hr notice to cancel an appointment. Keep in mind that we are reserving time just for you therefore we kindly ask that you give us a call & leave a voicemail or send us a text message at any time to cancel your appointment. Failing to cancel with in the 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee which is 100% of the service charge.
We do understand the things happen however there is a 10 minute grace period. Please be courteous and notify us if you are running late. Please keep in mind that the exact time is set aside to give you either a full set or a fill, if running late only means that your appointment will be cut short. We will not take any clients if you are running more than the 10 minute grace period. You will be charged 100% of the service charge.
Our goal is to ensure all clients are satisfied with the services provided. If you are not satisfied with the service please contact us immediately. We do not offer any refunds.
Due to the nature of our services we require clients to come ready to relax and if possibly nap. No additional guests allowed. Silent appointments are highly encouraged.
